(hereinafter abbreviated as JINGU) is located in No.177 Nanyang Road, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, PRC (where is original Zhengzhou Grain Machinery Factory Under the Ministry of Commerce located). JINGU is a comprehensive enterprise group mainly engaged in the research of engineering technology, mechanical and electrical equipment manufacture, new product and technology development, general contract for engineering installation and management in the grain, oil, food, feed, drying, storage, papermaking, environment protection, economy and trade.
Occupying a land area of JINGU is 120,000m2, its floorage is 65,000 m2. JINGU's registered capital is up to RMB 16 million. With more than 400 employees, JINGU sets up Grain Engineering Department, Oil Engineering Department, Technical & Development Department, Automatic Control Department, Quality System Management Department, Market Department, Finance Department, Administrative & Personnel Department, Chief Engineer Office etc. JINGU possesses subsidiary companies- Zhengzhou Grain Machinery Joint-stock Co., Ltd and Henan Jiyuan Switchgear Plant, 60% share-holder companies - Zhengzhou Xinyuan Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. and Elegant Integrated Electrical (Henan) Co., Ltd.
